In the final part of Chapter 14, we'll see how well the Stryker managed to sell in Western Europe.

This region is by far the most receptive potential customer for an expensive, high-tech, 8x8 Armored Car (they've used vehicles similar to the Stryker for decades, after all). Europe is also the location that GDLS has most aggressively marketed the Stryker towards --- if it won't sell here, NO military will buy it.
