Description
It is said that "Made in China = Buyer Beware". Whether or not this adage is true as a whole, products like the Type 63 APC don't exactly do the reputation of Chinese industry a favor.
This vehicle was not an incredible catastrophe, like most of the others featured throughout this series, but it was still pretty lousy. It's propulsion was good, but accomplished little. The Type 63's weapons threatened to kill it's own occupants, it's armor wasn't actually armor, it got stuck easily, and it was hard to get into and out of... to name a few.
Compared to most other Eastern Bloc vehicles, very few Type 63s were built, and it saw little export success --- and that's not exactly a bad thing.

It seems the only purpose this vehicle served was to provide photo ops of them rolling around a parade ground...and waste a few hundred million in resources.
