Failed Tanks, Ch.10 Special

Those of you who've seen the 9 previous episodes of Failed Tanks pretty much know what to expect of Episode 10, except this time there's a special twist; every 10th episode will be on a special subject related to failed tank designs, and this is one of them.

Part 10 takes a break from the usual line-up of utter disasters, and takes a look at tank design screw-ups from a different angle. These are 10 tanks that were *successful* in the long run (by different degrees, mind you), but had nagging problems which marred thier potential.

These are tanks that have so far been successful in opration, development, production, combat, exports --- or any combination of the above --- yet, there are STILL some serious, nagging problems that remain. The mistakes in these designs are still very much worth noting however, because most of them were totally avoidable.

Just because a design works in some way does NOT entitle it to a free pass from scrutiny!

UPDATE: The frames for the M551 Sheridan section have been fixed, and a couple of frames that somehow were set to "0 seconds" are now displayed long enough to read.
